An earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter Scale devastated Peru on August 15, 2007. As many as 430 lives were lost, and more than 58,000 homes were destroyed due to this catastrophic event. The Dosal Family Foundation responded within days of the disaster by sending $5,000 to Iglesia Bautista Independiente, an organization which had direct contact to the area affected. Dosal’s contributions have assisted in the rebuilding of the homes in this underprivileged South American country.
“Each year that I have worked here, I have received an increase in my salary that helps support my wife and allows me to pay my monthly bills on time – mortgage, car payment and various other bills. I enjoy working here because we are treated as family.”
“My husband and I rely on this job in order to support our daughter who is attending college. Not only do we receive a good salary, we receive benefits that include medical, 401(k), vacation time, and sick days. The Dosal family also gives us uniforms and protective eye and face wear. I would love to work at Dosal until I retire because they treat us like family and I enjoy working with my husband.”
